I'm all about eyebrows and although I seem to be on a constant search to find the next best thing, I've found myself reaching for this Urban Decay Brow Box in the shade Brown Sugar* a fair bit over the past couple of months.
It's a product that before using it, had been sitting untouched in my dressing table as I was probably preoccupied with loving something else, but now I can only kick myself as it's pretty amazing and I wish I had started on it sooner.
Perfect for travel with it's two mirrored box compartments, the Brow Box includes a light Brown eyebrow shade, a darker Brown for a more intense and dark look, a Brow Wax to set the brows as well as two miniature Urban Decay brow brushes and the sweetest, smallest pair of tweezers in the bottom part.
I personally really like to use the lighter Brown shade for day to day and find it matches my brow colour really well but if I'm going for a more dramatic look, I often add the smallest touch of the darker shade, lightly through to the outer tip from the arch. I don't find I use the Wax very often as I'm definitely more a of a gel girl, but on the few occasions that I have, it's been really pleasant to use and has done the job perfectly.
The miniature Urban Decay brow brush is the perfect occupying brush for travel, as are the tweezers, but for daily application I do find them too small to be comfortable to use. I tend to use my Chanel Brow Brush and find the bristles pick up the perfect amount of product to give great pigmentation and as natural a look as possible.
Available in two shades; Brown Sugar and Honey Pot, Urban Decays Brow Boxes are really lovely to use and perfect for travel they cost £19 in Debenhams, Look Fantastic and House of Fraser.
Have you used either shade of Urban Decays Brow Box? I'd love to know what your favourite brow product is.
Looks good! This would be too dark for me though because I have blonde hair so I use a color lighter than my eyebrows...

I've got a similar palette from BeautyUK that I find really works with my brows, same issue with the brushes it comes with but perfect for travelling, I also used the other shadows for eye shadows that work perfectly. Look products with multi-uses :)

Ohhh this looks amazing. I'm on the look out for a new brow product - I currently use the Rimmel standard brow pencil, but find it looks a bit of a gingery brown! I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for this next time I'm around!

I bought this a few months before they repackaged it and the new packaging is SO much nicer! I only wish I had held off so I could get the newest version. But I do agree--it's perfect for travel!

Lovely Notions
Ive never tried these but I really struggle to find durable brow products since dying my hair red. My favourites are currently Laura mercier brow powder in auburn and the anastasia pencil in caramel. I'm always looking for others to try though x
ReplyDeletethis looks and sounds so good! and it comes with tweezers, which is also a good thing! xx

I haven't tried this yet, but want to! I've never been able to like my brow routine, for some reason I have annoying brows or something x) thanks for doing this review, I've been eyeing blogs waiting for someone to finally review it :)

I swear by Brow Zings by Benefit - although I generally only use the powder, then my own brush so I feel like it's wasted! I need to find a good shadow to match!
